From this URL you can manage your website home page sections and overall site home page styles. You have option to DRAG section Up and Down. Header, Footer and Carousel section are not draggable, but all other sections are draggable. Also you have option to show/hide any section as per your needs.
After doing your settings, don’t forget to submit you changes by clicking on “Update Home Page Builder Settings” button at the end of the page.
You can update the settings from the following path:
Admin Panel > Website Settings > Home Page Builder
